If you have purchased one or more printed reports, please be aware that we aim to ship within one business day of purchase, or on the next Monday if purchased between 6pm GMT on Friday and 12am on Sunday. Reports are shipped via courier in most cases and a tracking number will be sent to you via email to the address you supply.

If you have purchased a PDF or read-only access, you can download or view immediately after payment is received via ‘My Library’ from within your account (accessible by clicking on the ‘Your Profile’ link at the top of the screen). You can also find your report by going to the country page on the website or by going back to the shop.

Please note that PDFs of our reports and chapters are password protected. Your password will be the email address of the account you used to purchase the report or chapter.
